This was my first, but definitely not last yoga retreat. Lisa is an incredible instructor and creates the best space and surroundings for her sessions. The hikes with Jonas are well planned and great for some joyful conversations about the small and big things in life. The food during the stay is amazing. My mind and body feels refreshed and nourished :)...
