The team will bring the car to the airport parking as soon as you land, as they dont have a dedicated rental space inside the airport. In our case, they called in advance to know the arrival time. Good experience. Just arrived after Having rented a car for two weeks. Was given a new Citroën c4 Which was quite good for The Island. Would rent with ibacar again.
Some of the staff in the office speak other languages than spanish, but the rest is only spanish speaking. The rental process was straightforward. The scooter itself should have been better maintained, brakes were squeaking and the fuel indicator was broken.
