A terrible experience with this real estate agency, and frankly, quite disappointed. It's so easy to be polite or do things right, because these days people can understand each other by talking. There's little else to do but complain and not waste my time, which is a valuable and irreplaceable commodity. Happy holidays, and may good manners never be lost.
