What an amazing holiday we have just had here. Honestly the entire staffing team made our week. As a parent with an incurable cancer this hotel went over and above to make our holiday extra special. My daughter who's 8 years old will have a lifetime of memories thanks to the compassion and kindness showed to us by everyone we encountered. Came here with my partner and our 2 year old. We had the most amazing time. The food is exceptional with a lot of variety. The chicken kebabs were a personal favourite. The facilities were fantastic for kids, they have an extensive programme to get involved in and there’s loads to do around the area. I loved the trails around the hotel for running as there were loads and the views were spectacular.

Listen, this is a low cost place so overall I was pretty surprised, pleasantly. Food - very good in the Magnus restaurant. Range of drinks really nice, again worth upgrading to Magnus to experience better. Restaurant staff really really nice. Some pedantic rules about moving tables but they were doing their job and doing it well. One senior manager man was so kind to us when we needed first aid. Pools - decent and
