La Trastienda Mallorca is a hidden gem that brings together great flavors, a relaxed atmosphere, and genuinely kind service. The Steak Tartare sandwich on homemade brioche is a banger. The ham croquette is unforgettable (one of the best I've had), I had to order a second to re-live it.
Ambiente y croquetasThis isn’t a huge place, but neither is it tiny. There are maybe a dozen outdoor tables, slightly more indoors. It’s rather a foodie place, but dishes do tend to be showy. They are good, though, some very good. It was a joy to see proper patatas bravas. And the garlicky prawns an aubergine dishes were very good.
