I called this morning to cancel a court reservation because we're under an orange alert for rain, and they won't refund my money. It's standard practice at other clubs; they cover cancellations due to weather conditions. Then we complain about what's happened in other parts of Spain. It's pathetic.
The best padel club in Palma: excellent service, well-maintained courts, easy parking, great location, good prices... And Juan's friendly and attentive service are also crucial. He's able to help players of all levels, sets up games, and really energizes the club with tournaments and activities. Once you connect, it's forever.
