KAIZEN Restaurant offers a fantastic omakase with six steps. Each dish is beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The food is fresh and well balanced. The experience feels special and carefully planned.

Amazing sushi place in the middle of Palma. Our server Sara was so helpful and kind, talked us through the menu and gave some banging recommendations. We loved the entire meal but the stand outs were the nigiri omakase, the japanese tempura scallop roll and the white chocolate and matcha ganache.

We had the 6-course Omakase, which included delicious, interesting dishes served with innovative twists. The starter of edamame with kimchee and noisette butter was such a fresh take, and the Flamed Chutoro was fantastic. Service was warm and welcoming.
