Soller Plaza

We have been at your place for only one night. We booked two rooms for this weekend (Feb 20/21) and we really liked it. But the best experience was your service. One of the rooms was really noisy and we sent a short whatsapp message to Rachel who was in charge that night. She was so kind, and nice and showed a lot of empathy. It took her only one second to offer us a new room which was perfect.

We had an amazing time in Soller thanks to the Soller Plaza. Hidden down a small side road just off the main square it would have been hard to get closer to the centre without having a bedroom window onto it all. The receptionists were friendly and filled us up with information and lots of smiles. Thank you to the cleaning staff also, wonderful job. In a great location right by the square, this is a great hotel. Despite it’s location the rooms were quite, large with good facilities and a huge bathroom. The staff could not have done more to make our stay more comfortable. We will definitely return
