Perfect stay at Jumeirah Mallorca. The care and friendliness of all staff was outstanding, especially Bea in the sunset lounge and Loli at breakfast, but everyone was outstanding. Jumeirah became a quiet and relaxing respite after a two-week group tour in Northern Spain. We had hoped to tour the island, but an unfortunate “flu” bug hit us three days apart, so we had a forced “resort” vacation. We couldn’t have been at a nicer spot. We visited in late October, just before the hotel closed for the season. The rates were significantly reduced, allowing us to experience a spectacular hotel for a more affordable budget. The view from our room was incredible. The staff went above and beyond to help with any queries we had and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely aim to visit again.
