Hotel Riu Playa Park

We stayed at this place Oct 10 to Oct 13 2025. Hotel did receive Booking.com payment and also charged our card $802.75 sanitation one of the charges will be refunded. But it is January 05 of 2026 and neither the hotel or credit card wants to refund one of the payments. Very disappointed and feel scammed by hotel front desk people prompting us to pay twice...

Great stay overall! Hotel Playa Park offers clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a nice pool area. The location is convenient — close to the beach and restaurants. Usual great standard of service from RIU hotels (we've stayed in a few). Service is brilliant and I can't fault the food. My only call out for those who enjoy a morning swim before breakfast is that the pool does not open until 10.30 - which feels very very late when on holiday.
