Hotel was fab. Rooms were lovely and spacious. Good selection of food, nice mix everyday and a good variety. 4 pools (cold in October though) Entertainment staff were great - especially Marko and Shannon - really took the time to get to know the guests. I have been coming to this hotel for twenty years. I was worried when reading some of the reviews earlier this year. However when I arrived I was pleasantly surprised with the room, had been decorated and was nice and fresh. The staff are all friendly and look after you. The apartment is spacious with a large double bedroom and a large kitchen/diner.

Fantastic hotel. The staff are so friendly...the all smile and say Hola! The rooms may need a little refurb, but the were clean and spacious. We even had our own little garden in front of the pool. Great place for families and couples alike. Although it's in the quieter part of Cala d'Or, it's not too far from the main centre...20 mins walk or 5 mins on the bus.
