Moltak * The Windmill Kitchen * Cooking Class Mallorca

We had an absolutely WONDERFUL experience at Moltak - The Windmill Kitchen in Palma! MOLTAK is so much more than a meal — it truly celebrates life in the kitchen, where the main ingredients are the stories shared while cooking and tasting together around the kitchen table.

Spectacular cooking class in a windmill in Palma. This beautifully restored and tastefully decorated educational space houses two kitchens. I attended a class with 6 other students to learn the art of Spanish cuisine.

So much fun. The food was scrumptious. I enjoyed the class immensely. Actually this was more like a group of friends getting together and playing around in the kitchen. Vivian was an awesome instructor.
