Mistral Coffee Banc

So far all super good So far best coffee in town I had the batch brew; an delicious ethiopian natural. Usually I prefer washed but this naatural was clean, easy to drink with amazing floral and fruty notes. REAL SPECIALTY. Good job guys!

Loved the oat latte and vegan bars! The barista was super friendly and gave us great tips for exploring Mallorca. Would definitely go back! ♥️

Very chilled but very accomplished cafe in Palma. I had an Ethiopian cold brew that was delicious. The barista knows his stuff. There were cookies that looked great, although I didn't have one. Various specialty coffee beans available to buy as well as brewing equipment. Loads of high quality soft drinks available for those not wanting caffeine. Lovely chilled beats playing. It was a good time. Highly recommended.
