Playa del Portitxolet

Nice and chill place for sunbathing. Not over crowded. Could be a bit tidier, but nice and relaxing location. Shoreline is easily accessible. Bicycle lanes and some parking available as well.

Nice small local beach. Water is not too shallow. You can swim without going too far from the shore. Plus: showers. Con: no public toilet nearby. There is a nice cafe with local food and drinks two steps from it.

Even tho it’s in between two marinas, it still feel secluded and that the water is relatively fresh despite it being so close to Palma port. … perfect to ride bikes to, has several restaurant behind the strip and a shower to rinse off the salt of the med. Eroski just a couple of blocks away to get snacks or a cold drink … pretty packed in peak summer month and still worth the bundling up to enjoy in the autumn.
