L'Epicerie Bakery & Specialty Coffee

L’Epicerie happened to be opposite my hotel. Not the most enticing location but I went in as I hadn’t had a coffee since arriving on my holiday. Am I glad I did. Their flat white is strong but not bitter or acrid. Their plain croissants are possibly the best I’ve ever tried. Crunchy, buttery and light.

Probably the best coffee on this side of the island. The cakes are delicious, the coffee is great and you can also buy some gifts and delicassees. For those who stop here after a long Bike-Tour, they also offer some empanadas and pizza. They have also a bike stand outside and offer a variety of cold beverages (with / without alcohol)

I love everything about this place. The products in the shop showcase local Mallorcan producers, the coffee is delicious and the bread/sandwiches are super fresh. My new favourite cafe!
