The ensaimadas were divine!! I wish I had discovered this place earlier during our stay in Montuïri; I would have had breakfast here every day! We went at 8:30 in the morning and there were only a few ensaimadas left, so go early. The dough is perfect, very soft. The gentleman was very kind, thank you!!
Finally a baker who doesn't look down on sugar when I tell him I like to make mullets with ensaimada...He put it on the bottom, on top and on all sides! 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 What a pleasure to eat this delicious ensaimada! Thanks! 😋😋😋
