A really nice experience. The menu included eleven courses, mostly made with local ingredients. All were tasty and thoughtfully prepared. I sat at the Chef's Table, where chef Santi Taura explained the story behind each dish and the origin of the ingredients. The visit was absolutely worth it, and the Michelin star is well deserved.
