I had a fantastic experience with this rental company. The car was practically brand new, with only 2800 km, which made the drive very comfortable and worry-free. I opted for the full insurance, and the entire process was transparent and professional.
Very good experience! We booked the full coverage package, and no deposit was required. There was an extra fee for our late arrival (23:30), but that was clearly shown on the booking page, so there were no surprises.
Renting from VIMA was great for me, especially being 20 years old I was very limited with my options. However VIMA turned out to be the best deal, best reviewed, and easiest company to work with. They had clear video instructions on how to get to their location and the staff was very friendly and clear in their explanations.
