I hired a TREK TCR for 4 days and the service was excellent from start to finish. I had a gear shift issue and dropped back into the shop to have it addressed and within 10 minutes I was issued a new bike and back on the road. I will definitely be back soon. Thanks again 😎🚴♂️
My partner and I hired a Liv Langma and Giant TCR both with Di2, and overall we had a good experience. The staff were friendly, offering to help us with anything needed, and check-in/return was very fast. If you're staying in Hotel Astoria Playa which is on-site I think hire from here is a no-brainer.
