A great experience! Good bikes, good service, very friendly staff. One of our bikes developed a mechanical issue (which can always happen) and the next morning they brought a new bike to our hotel as we couldn’t come to the shop - we were very happy with the service, quick replies and quick solution. Would highly recommend! We will come back next year :)...
Good bikes in excellent condition. Staff, especially Kerstin, were friendly, efficient and accommodating. Shop location was a short walk from our hotel. We would use again and would recommend to other cyclists.
Everything was great. Communication, accessibility, and location were perfect. Nice prices. The bikes were in perfect condition, and we had an amazing experience. Extra points because they had a dog inside.
