Zafiro Palace Andratx

Just returned from a 10 day holiday. This hotel offers a true 5 star experience. From the moment you arrive you are looked after and nothing is too much trouble. All of the staff, without exception, are a credit to the hotel...bar men in the Blue Bar and chef Txema in the evening buffet particularly stood out.

We've just had a lovely week in this hotel. From check-in to check-out the experience was flawless. Whether it's the warmth of the reception, the attentiveness of the maids or the efficiency of the kitchen/waiter staff I cannot praise them enough. The facilities are also excellent and well maintained.

Beautiful location the staff are fantastic all go above and beyond. The rooms and all the extra touches like towels and beach bags all add to the luxury of this hotel. Not fighting for a sun loungers here, and the food huts and waiter service around the pool is sublime.
