The Donna Portals

Words can’t describe how incredible our stay was at the Donna Portals. From the time we were greeted by Antonella (who went above and beyond for us), we knew we chose the perfect hotel for our honeymoon. The spa was amazing!! We recommend the couples massage. The amenities are endless and the staff from the valet to the custodial staff will make sure you are 100% satisfied.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve ever been to. It is low key and a must try if you seek 5 star luxury stays that are cheaper than the Four Seasons… The staff is amazing, super friendly super helpful. Very clean hotel and excellent amenities. They even have gym sessions with a trainer (Ivan) all part of the stay.

From the moment I arrived, I felt truly welcomed. The check-in was exceptionally friendly and I was immediately offered a refreshing drink. The hotel’s shuttle service was incredibly convenient as well. After walking to the harbor for dinner, I could simply call and was picked up promptly. The staff is consistently warm, attentive, and genuinely caring.
