Pleta de Mar Grand Luxury Hotel by nature, adults only – Preferred Hotels & Resorts

We stayed here for the start of our honeymoon and it was fantastic. We have never been to such a picturesque hotel before. Everything was more beautiful than we had imagined, or seen in pictures. Everyone there was welcoming and very helpful. We purchased the half board which we could have done without but it was nice not to worry about the price of the entrees we ordered each night.

Unfortunately, our experience was *extremely* disappointing. We booked this hotel for a 4-night honeymoon stay, hoping for something memorable, but left feeling let down. Although the staff were informed it was our honeymoon, no effort was made to acknowledge the occasion, and their behavior came across as indifferent and unwelcoming. Could not recommend this hotel more (I almost don't want to because I want to keep it a secret for myself!!). Everything was absolutely perfect from the moment we arrived, to even the odd requests such as "does the kitchen happen to have some bread" (at 10 pm at night before a big bike ride the next morning). The rooms are beautiful. We didn't have an ocean view but didn't feel like we missed out because as you walk
