All I can say is amazing, I am a solo traveler and I have never felt so safe. My home away from home. The staff members were very kind and caring offering help or support. Lovely bar ladies explained about local experience such as the (Easter parade in Palma) so lovely to learn more about the culture and learn about everyone's story.
The biggest problem of this hotel is the management and the hotel chain. It’s supposed to be all-inclusive, but if you want a simple bottle of water you have to pay extra – what a joke for a so-called 4-star hotel. Complete satisfaction ! 3 nights in the hotel, great rich half board, within walking distance of the beach, lots of shops nearby, quiet in the hotel, clean sufficient room with everything you need. Cold pool, but plenty of sun loungers, nice service in the bar, higher prices, but overall I recommend it and thank you for a relaxing few days 👍
