Hotel Born Palma

My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in August. We both thought the hotel was great. Firstly the location was great for everything. Right in the centre of Palma. The staff were friendly and efficient. The room we had was spacious and kept very clean. We found the breakfasts to be of a good quality and choice. The only slight downside is noise from the courtyard. However this would not stop us from coming back.

The Born Hotel is an old building with lots of character. It does not have a lift and the stairs can be challenging if you have mobility issues. My wife and I are in our early 70's and managed okay. Especially when we arrived the receptionist, Santi, told us to go to our room and he would bring our cases up within 5 minutes which he duly did. We stayed at the hotel this past Christmas with my husband. Nice breakfast, super impressive service, and nice interior. Bummer that our neighbors were loud though.
