Grupotel Parc Natural & Spa

Excellent holiday at this 5 star hotel, where every effort was made by all staff to make our stay the best possible experience. From the beautiful suite we stayed in, to the dining room, bars, spa and lobby areas this hotel is immaculately clean with well maintained planted areas and lovely pool.

We were upgraded there from Groupotel Natural Playa, a 4 star, at the conditions agreed with that hotel, which was obviously cheaper, yet we were treated with the warmth and the attention of returning guests. The room was excellent, but the neighbours very noisy. So (without us asking) we were further upgraded to a suite, which was absolutely fabulous!

I was very pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It’s quite small and not too overwhelming, which gives it a more intimate atmosphere. There is direct access to the beach and a bus stop outside the hotel. The real standout feature of this hotel is the food. It is absolutely delicious and everything was beautifully prepared with a lot of attention to detail.
