Yeeesssss! This gym is AWESOME! Definitely drop in if you are in the area. Carlos the owner is awesome and will definitely push you to do great things. There are also a wide variety of levels here, so don’t feel intimidated. They also have awesome protein snacks. Highly recommend.
Good place for hard training. For someone who worked out in commercial gyms for years, I decided that I needed someplace to keep me focus on what is the most important: work-out properly. And oh man, I absolutely find it in this place!!. The music, training programs, space, people, and coaches (Carlos and Ludka) uplift the experience, for real.
