If I had to go somewhere on Mallorca to the same beach my whole vacation, I'd choose Platja des Geperut+Cala Crista (they are next to each other). Fine sand, places with shadows during the day if you need it (Cala Crista), rocks if you like snorkeling, shallow waters suited for kids too and possibilities to take boat trips.
