Platja Cala Mendia

Stunning beach, easy access down pathways which aren't very steep. There's a small beach store selling cold drinks & snacks. Sun loungers with parasols which is 15.50€ for 2 loungers & 1 straw parasol for the day. We came & there were showers, the beach evacuated & after 30 minutes the sun came out.....felt like a private beach... bliss 🤣

This beach has direct access from a huge all inclusive hotel. It is VERY busy and not very wide so hard to feel like you have space. Almost everyone has young kids so it’s loud, don’t expect a quiet tranquil space. It’s sandy, incredible blue water - lovely sunrise and you can walk along the top and see the sunrise. That is wow factor. But would not make a special trip to come here. There is parking but it gets busy…

Absolutely fantastic location. I parked near Cala Romantica beach, which was recommended to me by the hotel as one of the best beaches ☀️💯🐠🏝️ After swimming to my heart's content, I went to explore the surroundings and didn't regret it.
