Purobeach Resort Santa Ponsa

Beautiful property. Room was comfortable but quite dark. Food and drink were good - we ate at the restaurant both nights and lunch at the poolside cafe. Amazing piano player on the Monday night which we enjoyed. Why it loses a star - opaque sun lounger reservation system.

This hotel is great, the room, the pool area, the staff, the views. All of it. The only advisory I would give is that the sea view rooms are partially obstructed with the hotel across the road at the lower levels and that there are a decent amount of stairs to climb. Location can be tricky for older / less mobile people too as there is a steep climb down to the beach / lower street levels.

I couldn’t wait to write this review about our tremendous stay at Purobeach Santa Ponsa. From the moment my friend and I arrived, we were warmly and professionally greeted by the lovely Silvia, without doubt the best receptionist I have ever encountered at any hotel! She made such a wonderful first impression—friendly, positive, thorough, and efficient.
