I have two wonderful things to share about Fabian's restaurant. The first was the cassoulet he made for the 4 of us which was delicious. Then I was hosting thanksgiving for 25 people in the Port. Fabian found me a 10KG turkey, then prepared it with stuffing and had it perfectly bundled for me to pick up. We had no idea what to expect and it was INCREDIBLE...
This is an amazing find away from the bustle. Locals eat here for something different - and delicious. A few well chosen french classics including boeuf bourguignon and tartiflette served with love and enthusiasm by the amazing Fabian! We loved it, and him!
Fabian is such a great host. My partner is French and we loved to stumble across this little French treasure in the heart of port andratx. We will be back and we will be recommending this place to our friend family and colleagues
