Forn Nou has been open in Santa Maria for many years. A bakery that sells bread and cakes made with love in Alaró. It is an ideal place to buy good bread, ensaimadas or some delicious "palos". If you go there, you will surely be very satisfied. If you go on a Sunday, you have to be patient because of the large influx of people, due to the market.
