I visited Palma for three weeks for work and Dulceliaco was a highlight of my trip. As a coeliac, I often worry about eating safely and feel like I miss out on local foods but this bakery is entirely gluten free and has a variety of sweet treats and breads. The owner is lovely and happy to explain what things are - she has items for you to choose each day...
Thanks a lot for the Ensaimadas. The Ensaimada with creme was one of the best pastries in my life. It was very fluffy. My boyfriend like the one with chocolate.
Gluen-free ensaimada was absolutely amazing as well as the service, 10/10 would recommend. It is necessary to order the upfront, they don't always have more than ordered, we were lucky they had 2 more, but next time for sure ordering😊
