Parque Natural de la Albufera de Mallorca

We took the bus 302 straight from Palma to the entrance of the National Park. Super convenient. Short walk into the visitor centre where you sign in for free. There's three trails, one long and two short, with multiple hides. We saw many species including a Sicilian Warbler, Great Flamingoes, Western Swamphen, Western Marsh Harrier, Cetti's Warbler and a Great Crested Grebe.

Vast wetland nature reserve. Mostly visited by those fond of birds. Spring is a good time. Autumn not so. Well trodden wide pathways criss-cross the canals controlling the waterways. From short walks to major hikes available. Stroll to the information centre and they will happily guide you in the right direction or walk you are feeling up to. Plus your best toilet option. Fabulous place for some calm time in nature. Great information center, and lots of tails to walk with bird hides to view the many different birds and other wildlife.
