Apart from the nice lady who did my treatment, everything else was not good at all. The treatment wasn’t great. It’s very short and nothing special. Didn’t even felt relax at all.And I had to dry my own hair which is I thought it was included on the package that I’ve paid for. I mean what? Not worth the money.

I cancelled my appointment 24 hours in advance, as stated in their policy, but despite multiple messages and emails, I received no response or refund. Very disappointing experience and poor customer communication. I am attaching proof of when I cancelled the reservation and when my appointment was scheduled.

100% recommended. The treatment was very professional and relaxing. Thank you very much.
