Inturotel Esmeralda Park

Love the location! The buffet is awfull, and dinner is super expensive (more than other hotels same level en mallorca we’ve been). The staff is a bit undertrained. I understand its a hotel for mostly tourists but since its in spain, closing the dinner buffet at 9 sounds out of context and lack of respect for Mediterranean tourists.

Overcrowded nightmare! When I booked the pictures on their website were of the previous large pool overlooking the sea with 2 large child sections along with a larger deep pool. Since we booked they have had an 'upgrade' the pool has been completely changed and is now much smaller, it no longer overlooks the sea but instead the infinity feature looks into...
