Fum Arroceria, Cocina De Autor Angel Fita

We had the best night at Fum in Llucmajor. The service was amazing. So sweet, so caring. The ambiance (little outside garden) was adorable and beautiful at night! The food was equally good! We had the lobster paella and it was truly the best!

We had an exceptional evening at Fum Arrocería Cocina de Autor in Llucmajor. We began with cod fritters — light, crisp and full of flavour — followed by a chicken paella to which we requested added prawns, and what arrived was absolutely fantastic. For dessert we enjoyed the chocolate soufflé, rich and indulgent.

We have been on the island for 5 days and we are so happy to hold back from eating a Paella from anywhere else. The chef and the staff know their food, we watched it all being cooked on the fire. We loved everything and wish we had space for more.
