Bar Restaurante Bonaire

Anyone looking for an authentic experience- don’t miss out on this gem! We had the set menu for lunch that included three courses. It was excellent! All the while, we were sitting on a roofed terrace literally on the sea.

We had a good table inside with great views to Port de Pollenca and back to Bonaire. The food was excellent and the portions were substantial - definitely did not have space for starters and mains. The octopus starter was brilliant and the monkfish and prawn skewers also great.

We’ve been twice to this restaurant two years apart and the food is still solid, still amazing. For context, I’m extremely orthodox when it comes to fish. As a Mediterranean, I like my fish to taste like fish, no extra sauces or spices or god forbid, creams etc. Bonaire makes excellent seafood for a very reasonable price.
