Europcar Mallorca Paguera

I want to warn everyone about my terrible experience with Europcar. When I picked up my rental car on April 4, 2025, the agent swore the tank was full (8/8). But the dashboard showed only 430km range - less than half what a full tank should show (1090km). At return, I had to pay €76.98 to fill 47.25L of missing fuel. I was claimed to made a damage to the car that I did not. This is the first EuropeCar office that evidently tries to attribute to me damages. I would carefully avoid to make any deals with these people

Everything was a pleasant experience! It was easy to pick up, the car was good and comfortable and the return easy. Even the value was good !
