We had a great time! The staff is truly fantastic, so kind and helpful at all times. The rooms are spacious, and the pools are wonderful. We went in low season with a toddler. A few remarks/tips for others: - mid April the laundry service was not available yet. We had to handwash some laundry. It would be great if the hotel mentioned this or communicated...

Been coming this hotel 11 years and we can never stay anywhere else it is the best hotel staff are so loving, happy and polite if you have an issue they help straight away.
