For a 4 start superior hotel I was very much positively surprised-both by the service as well as by the hotel itself. We stayed here during the Christmas holidays. Location is excellent, near the lovely Port D’Andratx, but the thing that really stands out is the service: all the staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always willing to go the extra mile to make sure our stay was not only comfortable but really special. Shoutout to the dance teachers and to Damián who made our stay even more memorable!
