Beautiful rooms with everything you need. Clean and tidy. The service was amazing, with a very friendly attitude. The best part was the breakfast - a buffet with fresh fruits and veggies, plus a variety of breakfast options. The best buffet I have tried! The location is also super convenient - 10 min away from the cathedral, with public transportation just in front of the hotel.

Great location right beside the conference centre, with beautiful views of the beachfront — just cross the road and you’re at the sea for a swim. The room was a reasonable size with an excellent view. I had access to The Level executive club, which offered great food and a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff were wonderful, especially Alberto, who was exceptionally attentive.

Great breakfast, lovely reception but the rooms have no bathroom door and the climate control is lacking. All in all a good place but lacks some amenities in the rooms which get hot at night which makes it hard to sleep.
