Iberostar Selection Playa de Muro Village

The holiday began on a challenging note, but this hotel truly demonstrated what a genuine 5-star experience means: exceptional service and staff who go above and beyond to resolve problems and make guests feel cared for. Check-in was warm, relaxed, and incredibly welcoming.

The staff are very nice and the hotel is in a good location. Our family room is spacious and modern with a very comfortable super king bed and large balcony. There is a sofa bed, two wardrobes and a lovely shower, but no bath which is difficult for young children.

Lovely hotel backing onto one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve ever been to! Slightly lacking for younger kids in terms of a playroom/soft play (which was a bit confusing from the pictures) and playground bit was a bit limited. However this was far outweighed by the warmth and brilliance of the staff - especially during meal times.
