I had a really good experience. The guy at the counter (Matias) was super nice, the car was set and done after 36h. All good. The one point that prevents me from giving 5 out of 5 stars is the fact that there is never a replacement car available.

Really not a great experience. We have been there on 3 separate occasions, 2 different people. To buy a car the salesman never got back to us. To use the mechanics the ordering department was infuriating and unfriendly. Then we had extra costs that were not spoken about.
